Orthodontics
Clear Aligners
In-house aligner therapy for mild to moderate crowding, planned and produced in our own laboratory.
- Duration
- 4 to 10 months
- Recovery
- Mild pressure for a day or two after each change
- Anaesthetic
- Not required
Clear Aligners
For cases that do not need a premium branded system, we plan and print aligners in-house. The clinical protocol is identical; the difference is manufacturing cost, which we pass on. Suitability is assessed honestly — complex bites are referred to a fixed appliance or a branded system.
Mild relapse after childhood braces, a rotated incisor or a small space rarely justifies a full branded case. A shorter in-house plan resolves it in a fraction of the time and cost.
Benefits
- Lower cost than branded aligner systems

In our patients’ words
What convinced me was the mock-up. I walked around with the trial teeth for two days before anything was cut, and I could change the shape twice. The final result is exactly what I approved, not a surprise.

I had worn an upper denture for eleven years. The provisional bridge went in the same afternoon as the surgery. Six months later I ate a steak for the first time since 2013.

I live in Moscow and flew in twice in fourteen months. Everything else was photographs through the app. Dr Volkova replied to my questions herself, not through an assistant.
