All-on-4 Implants

All-on-4 angles the two posterior implants forward to reach denser bone at the front of the jaw. That geometry often avoids the sinus lift or graft a conventional plan would need, and it allows a fixed provisional bridge to be screwed in on the day of surgery. The definitive bridge follows once healing is complete.

For a failing or fully edentulous arch, removable dentures move, reduce bite force and accelerate bone loss. A fixed implant bridge restores chewing function and stops the denture-related resorption, without the graft burden of placing six or eight implants.

Aftercare

The provisional phase is where most complications are avoided: stay on a soft diet, use the water flosser we supply daily, and attend the scheduled checks. The bridge is unscrewed and professionally cleaned once a year.

In most cases yes — a fixed provisional bridge is screwed in the same day. It is not the final bridge: it is lighter, and you keep to a soft diet while the implants integrate. If primary stability is insufficient on the day, we say so and fit the bridge a few days later rather than risk the result.
