All-on-6 Implants
Adding two implants shortens the unsupported span of the bridge and spreads chewing forces over a wider base. It is the preferred plan for patients with strong bite forces, bruxism, or an upper jaw where the bone quality is softer — provided there is enough volume to place them without extensive grafting.
Where a four-implant plan would leave long cantilevers at the back of the arch, six implants let the bridge extend further with better mechanical support and less stress on each fixture.

Identical to All-on-4: soft diet through integration, daily irrigation under the bridge, and an annual professional strip-down and clean.
